chaohuannan

my title shout racism. but it target only one person in actual.

Recently, i have been bully by this chaohuannan at my workplace.

I forgot to pass a customer a free gift on my 3rd day of job, and this chaohuannan expect me to know every single products on my third day of my job.

XXX: “What did the customer buy just now? Just now u say u know the promotions, actually U DUNNO. I DUN LIKE YOUR ATTITUDE”

Me: *Stunned

This comment took me by surprise because i was actually putting in effort to learn and was damn polite with GOOD LEARNING attitude.

And then came another incident.

Me: “XXX, the receipt paper run out”

XXX: “Then how? Call who? CALL THE POLICE LAH”

And then another huannan beside her sort of nudge her when she make this comment.

CHAO CHEEBYE right.

The only reason i target her race is because race is the only prominent thing i can target her for. HER DIFFERENCES from me as a chinese that is.Her ascent, her language, her culture to end her words with a high pitch tail.

Not bad ah, i understand racism better because of this.

This reminds me of a article which talks about local punjabis (singh) typically doesnt like chinese and malays and definately see themselves different from indians and tamils. They call chinese people as CHEENA. but interestingly enough, they like to use the word “CHEEBYE” and see hokkien vulgar words as cool. They dun like chinese people, but they use our language. Contradicting.

Just like how much i try to differentiate myself from mengrong as being a holy, non-racist person, i am infact very much a racist like anyone on the street.

Just ask yourself, have u ever wonder to yourself why retails stores, and pizza huts are full of malay staffs? See. u r thinking in racial term. Caught u! Welcome to my racist world.

Disclaimer: This blog entry never define racism and racist at all. In anyway its a subjective term. So police, please dun knock on my door in the middle of the night.
